Obituary:
Mrs. Bonnie Louise Fowler Black, age 84 of Lavonia, died Thursday, July 16, 2009 at her home.
Born December 27, 1924, she was the daughter of the late William and Alice Burnett Fowler of Union, SC. She was a homemaker and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Hartwell.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by husband: Charlie W. black; daughter: Hazel Diane Barnes; and sons: James Talmadge Boling and William Ralph Black.
She is survived by daughters: Rachel B. Holland and Edna J. (Jan) Boling; son: Thomas Eugene Black; Eleven grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Black’s wishes were to be cremated and a memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 19, 2009 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Hartwell.
The family request flowers be omitted and memorials be made to Vista Care Hospice 150 Ben Burton Road Bogart, GA 30622
