Mrs. Hilda Caudell Dickerson, age 67 of 8479 Bowman Hwy, Dewy Rose, GA, died Thursday, August 27 at her home.
Born September 24, 1941 in Hart County, GA, she is the daughter of Dorotheo Hart Caudell of Dewy Rose, GA and the late Fred T. Caudell. She retired from Hart County School System where she was a Dietician and also retired from Red Minnow Fish House and Booty’s Fish House
She is survived by: Mother; Husband, Charles E. Dickerson of the home; Son, Charles E. “Eddie” Dickerson, Jr. of Dewy Rose, GA; Daughters, Renae Pierce and her husband Leon of Dewy Rose, GA and Ann Campbell and her husband Doug of Dewy Rose, GA; Sister, Harriett Burden of Dewy Rose, GA, Betty Vickery of Anderson, SC and Peggy Saxon of Dewy Rose, GA; Four grandchildren, Brandon Pierce and Brittany, Scott Pierce, Adam Campbell and Ashleigh Campbell also survive.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Unity Baptist Church, Royston, GA. Rev. Harold Williams will officiate. Burial will be in the Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel where the family will receive friends Friday night from 7 – 9:00 p.m. The family is at the home.
