Mr. Winfred Martin “Buster” Fowler, 68, of 28 Belva Lane, Hartwell, husband of Jeanette Rousey Fowler, died Sunday, January 10, 2010 at VA Medical Center, Augusta GA.

Born July 13, 1942 in Stephens County, GA, he was the son of the late Doyle Fowler and Hazel Cochran Fowler. He was Auto Body Repairman; member of the VFW and a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran.

Services will be held at a later date.
