Ms. Bobbie Marie Brech

Ms. Bobbie Marie Brech, age 61, of Lavonia, passed away in her home, after an extended illness, on Friday, March 18, 2022. Bobbie was born on September 10, 1960, in Lake Village, Arkansas. Bobbie was a veteran of the United States Army. She worked as a department head for ET Global of Gwinnett. She was an avid baseball and softball fan and an animal lover. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Marie Wehrly, sisters and brothers-in-law Joanne and Mike O’Brien, Mary and Chris LeGrand, Barbara and Rick Busby; brothers and sisters-in-law Danny and Dorothy Brech, Robert and Judy Brech; and sister-in-law Susan Stuart. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents: Lawrence Brech and Shirley Stuart Brech and brother, John Stuart. The family will receive visitors at 3:00 p.m. on March 22, 2022, at Strickland Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Hugh E. Hendrickson officiating. Interment will be at Burgess Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Northeast Georgia Animal Shelter where she adopted her beloved, Pia, in 2000.
