Mrs. Louise Fowler Barnes

Mrs. Louise Elizabeth Fowler Barnes, 76, of Sunset Road, Canon, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2022 at her home. Born on March 29, 1946 in Resaca GA, she was the daughter of the late Leonard Fowler and Lois Louise Scott Fowler. She was a former district manager for Waffle House restaurants and bred and raised Chihuahuas. She is survived by a daughter: Kerri Harris (David) of Canon and two grandchildren: J.J. Williams and Jaxson Harris. Mrs. Barnes was preceded in death by her parents; her two husbands: Buck Green and Amos Malachi and two brothers: Robert Fowler and J.M. Fowler. Mrs. Barnes wished to be cremated and a private memorial service will be held at a later date by the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hart Co. Humane Society, PO Box 1062, Hartwell, GA 30643 or the Hart County Animal Rescue, PO Box 45, Hartwell GA 30643. The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements
