Mrs. Agnes Marie Cabrera Maldonado, 83, of 42 Whispering Pines Rd, Canon, died Monday, March 3, 2008 at her home.
Born April 20, 1924 in Hubbard, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Joe O. Cabrera and Ruby Daiz Cabrera.She was a retired Professional Dry Cleaner worker and presser.She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Waco, TX, and attended Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church of Hartwell, GA.
She is survived by:Daughters, Adelaide Rowland and her husband Spencer of Canon, GA, Elouise Rodriguez and her husband Dr. Jesus Rodriguez of Picksburg, KA, Jeannette Boswell and her husband Doug of Shreveport, LA, Magdolen Rowland and her spouse Terry Seabolt of Spring, TX and Allec Regina Poe and her husband Randy of Mexia, TX; Brother, Ralph Cabrera of Hampton, VA; 10 grandchildren, 10great grandchildren and Special Friend, Rhonda Richardson Johnson of Hartwell, GA.She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Allec Maldonado.
The family will receive friends Wednesday night from 6 to 8:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday morning at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Waco, TX.Burial will be in the Oakwood Cemetery, Waco, TX.Memorials may be made to St. Vincent De Paul Society, 1009 Benson Street, Hartwell, GA. 30643.
