Mr. Carl Alan Baker, 57, of Greenway Upholstery Road, Hartwell, passed away Friday, April 14, 2017 at his home.
Born on July 6, 1959 in Hartwell GA, he was the son of James Baker and the late Meddie Faye Herring Baker.Alan was a member of the Reed Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include his father: James Baker of Hartwell; his wife: Lynn Adams Baker; a son: Dustin Baker and his wife Carrie of Hartwell; a grandson: Jace Baker; a brother: Richard Baker and his wife Lynn of Canon and three sisters: Joy Moses and her husband Rick of Lavonia, Sharon Baker of Royston and Rhonda Barton and her husband Jud of Hartwell.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Mr. Fred Greenway officiating.Burial will be in the Reed Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday night.The family is at the home.
