Ms. Alice Jane Grant Boman, 82, of Hart Terrace, Hartwell, passed away Monday, February 22, 2021 at her home.
Born on May 15, 1938 in Hartwell GA, she was the daughter of the late John Grant and Alice Griffin Grant.Ms. Boman retired from Temple Medical as a receptionist.She was a member of the Hartwell First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her committed companion of more than 30 years: Robert DeMorro.
Ms. Boman will lie in state at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell from 9:00 to 12:00 noon Friday for anyone to come by and pay their respects.Other times the family will be at the home.
Funeral services for Ms. Boman will be held Friday, February 26, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at the Hartwell First United Methodist Church with Dr. R. Allen Stewart officiating.Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers: cards, donations, and well wishes may be sent, in Alice's memory, to Robert DeMorro, 123 Hart Terrace, Hartwell, GA 30643.
