Alicia Milligan

Mrs. Alicia Elaine Herron Milligan, age 45, of Lavonia, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center.

Born August 1, 1981, in Panorama City, California, she was the daughter of Roger C. Herron, Jr. and Laura Thomas Herron. Alicia worked as a registered nurse. She had a love for animals and the outdoors, especially riding and training horses, gardening, hunting, and taking walks in nature. She also enjoyed expressing her creativity through arts and crafts. Above all, Alicia cherished the time she spent with her children.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Joshua Milligan; son, Jaden Milligan; daughter, Danalee Milligan; brothers, Brad Herron and Kelly Herron; and other relatives and friends.

In accordance with Alicia's request, she will be cremated, and no services are planned at this time.
