Obituary
Mr. Alton Artie Ferrill, age 50, of Lavonia, died Sunday, June 16, 2013 at his home.
Born September 29, 1962, in Leesville, LA, he was the son of the late Troy Alton Ferrill and Willie Odell (Walker) Ferrill. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his siblings: Glynn Canfield, Barbara Bardell & Evelyn Derringer. Mr. Ferrill was preceded in death by his parents and siblings: David Canfield, Chuckie Newman & Elizabeth Newman.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 2013, at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home with Major James Smith officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in memory of Alton to Northeast GA Animal Shelter 870 Bear Creek Rd. Lavonia, GA 30553
