Ms. Ann Elizabeth Campbell, 51, of Goldmine-Holly Springs Road, Royston, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Born on February 21, 1969 in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of Mary Imogene Kay Campbell and the late Frank Lee Campbell.Ms. Campbell was a graduate of Emmanuel College, University of Georgia and Piedmont College.Ann started working for the Hart County School System in 1991 and become a math teacher in 1993 at Hart County High School, then moved to bookkeeper at Hart County High School in 2016.

Survivors include her mother: Mary Imogene "Jean" Campbell of Royston; six brothers: Larry Campbell of Royston, Donald Campbell (Libby) of Canon, Mike Campbell of Canon, Gary Campbell (Chyrel) of Royston, David Campbell of Royston, and John Campbell (Stephanie) of Dewy Rose; five nieces & nephews: Lee Campbell, Chris Campbell, Amanda Lack, Tamra Lack, Hunter Partain; and six great nieces & nephews.Also surviving is Roger Gentry, a special man who she loved greatly and brought her much happiness.

Ann will lie in state at the Strickland Funeral of Hartwell from 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m. Friday for anyone to come by and pay their respects.Also anyone can leave their condolences and best wishes on Ann's tribute page. The family is at the home of Jean Campbell on Goldmine-Holly Springs Road, Royston.

Funeral services for Ms. Ann Campbell will be held Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church of Bowman with Rev. Chris Pritchett and Rev. Kevin Vaughn officiating. A visitation will follow the service.Burial will be in the Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
