Mrs. Anna McElrath Haley, age 65, of 1303 Royston Road, Hartwell, Ga., wife of William R. "Bill" Haley, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2007 at Hospice House, Anderson SC.

Born in Ware Shoals, SC on July 12, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Virginia Carlisle and Paul McElrath, Sr.She retired several years ago from Self Memorial Hospital in Greenwood, SC.She was a member of Bible Baptist Church, Royston, GA.

In addition to her loving husband, Bill Haley, she is survived by a son, Greg Bolt of Columbia, SC; Daughter, Sandy and her husband, Ray Reynolds of Greenwood, SC; Two grandchildren, Travis and his wife Samantha Reynolds and Tracy Reynolds of Greenwood, SC; Sister, Barbara and her husband Charles Applewhite of Anderson, SC; Brother, Paul McElrath, Jr. and his wife Shirley of Conestee, SC, several loving nieces and nephews.

Anna will always be remembered for her loving kindness toward others, her love for the Lord, her family and friends, and her wonderful sense of humor.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, GA.Rev. Dan Bailey will officiate.Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.

The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel where the family will receive friends from 12 – 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.Flowers are optional, and memorials may be made to the Children's Ministry, Bible Baptist Church, P.O. Box 591, Royston, GA30662.
