Mrs. Anni S. Everett, 92, of 1384 Chandlers Ferry Road, Hartwell, peacefully died Saturday, Oct 27, 2012 at her home.
Born on December 28, 1919 in Augsburg, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Michael Math and Anna Berger Math. Mrs. Everett was an operating room nurse at Orange Memorial Hospital in Orlando, Florida. She was the former President of the VFW, former District President of the VFW and former chaplain.Mrs Everett was also a Hospice volunteer at Inverness Community Hospital in Inverness, FL.
Survivors include one son, John Everett of Germany; two daughters: Judy Gantt and her husband John of Hartwell, and Ann Keeton of San Antonio, TX; two grandchildren: Angela McKinney and Thomas Schumaker; two great-grandchildren: Danniel McKinney and Melissa McKinney.Mrs. Everett was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jack Everett; and one brother.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home, with Rev. Carter Tucker officiating.Burial will be in the Fountains Memorial Park in Homosassa, FL.
