Mrs. Annie Belle Martin Coleman, 93, of 261 Fairview Avenue, Hartwell, died peacefully Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at Hart Care Center.

Born on June 10, 1919 in Atlanta, GA, she was the daughter of the late Oscar Martin and Jo Douglas Martin.She worked with children's daycare for most of her life and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include a sister, Ruth Rainwater of Marietta; a "granddaughter," Michelle Seawright of Hartwell; a step-son, Jerry Coleman and his wife Kathie of Flowery Branch, GA; two step-grandchildren:Sonja Jones and Steven Coleman; three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive.Mrs. Coleman was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James L. Coleman; two brothers: Allen Martin, and Sam Martin; one sister, Nellie Fuller.

Funeral services will be Friday, December 21, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Rev. Eddie Simmons officiating.Burial will be in the Green Lawn Cemetery in Roswell, Georgia at 2:00 p.m.

The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Friday prior to the service.The family is at their respective homes.
