Annie Lois Ethridge, 84, of New Prospect Rd, Hartwell passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at Athens Regional Medical Center.

Born on January 24, 1930 in Hartwell, GA, she was a daughter of the late Nell and Teasley Brown. She was a member of the Abundant Life Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her life and memories are her husband of 67 years, Doyle Ethridge, daughter Paula Ray, son Freddie Ethridge, a sister Charlotte McCurley, 5 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Mrs. Ethridge is preceded in death by grandson Ron Ethridge and a brother Dean Brown.

Funeral services will be Friday, May 2, 2014 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Rev. Ken Brewer officiating.Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.
