Mrs. Annie M. "Ann" Shelton Kelly Moss, 84, of 575 E. Franklin St., Hartwell, died Friday, December 26 at Hart County Hospital.

Born on May 15, 1924 in Madison Co. GA, she was the daughter of the late Leonard Shelton and Lena Sanders Shelton.She retired from Singer-Ryobi, Anderson Plant, as a machine operator and was a member of the Sardis Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Brenda Stone and her husband Jimmy of Hartwell; a son, Lewis Kelly of Hartwell; three brothers, Robert Shelton of Hull, Henry Shelton of Comer and Bill Shelton of Athens; two sisters, Lorene Porterfield of Comer and Lucille Pruitt of Anderson; six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren also survive.Mrs. Moss was preceded in death by two husbands, John L. Kelly Sr. and Julian Moss; three sisters, Ada Collins, Bessie Bulloch and Lessie Burroughs and two brothers, James Shelton and John Henry Shelton.

Funeral services will be Monday, December 29 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Rev. Joe Black and Rev. Henry Shelton officiating.Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.

The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday night and Monday from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. The family will be at their respective homes.
