Mr. Arthur Joseph "Art" Bisso, 71, of Hartwell, passed away Sunday, April 11, 2021 at his home.

Born on October 24, 1949 in New York City NY, he was the son of late Arthur Joseph Bisso and Violet Josephine Fazio Bisso. Arthur Bisso graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelors of Science and graduated from University of South Carolina with a Masters in Library Science. Mr. Bisso was formerly employed with the Hart County Library from 1981-1998 and retired from Total Wine & More as a manager and salesman. He was also a member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.

Survivors include his daughter: Sharon Bisso of Hartwell; one brother: Wayne Bisso of Florida; one sister: Carol Czerw (Richard) of Little Switzerland NC.

A memorial mass and a celebration of Art's life will be held in the near future.

The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
