Miss Ashley Marie Pearson, 25, of Hartwell, passed away Friday, August 2, 2024 at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta.

Born on December 30, 1998 in Clovis, NM, she was the daughter of Earl Pearson and Patricia Dickson Pearson. Miss Pearson received her Associate's Degree in Nursing from Oakwood Technical College and was a CNA for MedLink in Toccoa, GA. She also attended the Compassion Baptist Church in Carnesville, GA.

Survivors include her parents: Earl Pearson and Patricia Dickson Pearson; step-father: Larry Moore; and two sons: Owen Jacobs of Hartwell and Landyn Akers of Loganville, GA; and her Nana: Lucille Yarger.

The family will receive friends Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Other times the family will be at the home.

Memorial Services for Miss Ashley Pearson will be held Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Revs. Leon Carson and Rob Hill officiating.

The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
