Mrs. Augie Green Wylie, of Fairhaven Assisted Living Community, Brunswick GA, formerly of Hartwell, died Wednesday, October 8 in Brunswick.
Born in Gwinnett Co. GA, She was the daughter of the late James Frank Green and Bertie Lee Green.She was a homemaker and a member of the Hartwell First Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Wylie Jenkins, Cumberland Island and Brunswick Ga., two granddaughters, Wylie Goodloe, Brunswick, Ga., and Brindley Guy Johnson, Atlanta, Ga., one grandson, Ross Wylie Guy, Atlanta Ga., one great-granddaughter, Lela Johnson, two great-grandsons, Ross Johnson and Joe Guy IV, Atlanta, Ga., and brother, T.W. Green, Lawrenceville, Ga.She was preceded in death by her husband: Lt. Col. Ross Wylie; daughter, Betsy Wylie Guy, sister Mary Green Robinson, Brother John W. Green.
Cryptside services will be Monday, October 13, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. at the Nancy Hart Memorial Park with Rev. Stephen Nelms officiating.
The family will receive friends form 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary of Hartwell First Presbyterian Church.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hartwell First Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 1279, Hartwell, GA30643
