Mr. Barry Len York, age 39, of Lavonia, died Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at Stephens County.
Born January 18, 1968 in Franklin County he was the son of the late David Len and Catherine Marie Hobbs York. He was a music salesman and former owner of Show Time Karaoke.His passion was music and animals.
He was predeceased by his parents.
Survivors include a daughter: Catherine "Katie" York of Bowman and a sister and brother-in-law: Sharron and Steve Walters of Lavonia.
The family is at the home of Sharron Walters 845 Whiting Rd. Lavonia and will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 27, 2007 at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home with the Revs. Ben Lumley, Johnny Stowe and Gettis Allen officiating. Burial will follow in the Franklin Memorial Gardens – North.
