Mrs. Becky Jane Rowland Phillips, 65, of Stillwood Drive, Hartwell, passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at her home.

Born on July 16, 1955 in Elberton GA, she was the daughter of the late Junnis Rowland and Mildred Rowland Hicks.Mrs. Phillips was a former manager in the restaurant industry and a homemaker.She was a member of the Bowman Church of God.

Survivors include her husband: Shelby J. Phillips of the home; four children: Ronnie Cantu, Chris Cantu and Christina Phillips all of Hartwell and Shelby Thomas Phillips of Jefferson GA; a brother: Leon Rowland of Orlando FL; four sisters: Louise Brown of Elberton, Diane Moore of Royston, Brenda Moore of Elberton and Nancy Moore of Dewy Rose; seventeen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services for Mrs. Becky Phillips will be held Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bowman Church of God with Rev. Stacey Lynch officiating.Burial will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Bowman.

Mrs. Phillips will be placed in the Bowman Church of God Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. where the family will receive friends until the funeral hour
