Benny Aaron Brown, age 70, of Carnesville, passed away Monday, August 17, 2020 at his home.
Born March 26, 1950, in Jackson County, he was the son of the late Jewett Frank Brown and Amy (Buris) Ayers. He worked for many years for Reliance Electric, before retiring from Baldor as the production coordinator. He was a member of Bowman Church of God.
He is survived by his wife: Connie (Fleeman) Brown; daughter & son-in-law: Dana & Stacy Lynch; daughter: Dawn Brown; brother: Larry Brown; sisters: Eloise Nash, Joyce White, Fay Beck, Barbara Dove, and Sara Dove; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his grandson: Zachary Lynch; brothers: Lewis Brown and Albert Brown; and sisters: Mary Farmer and Jean Byrum.
The service will be held as a visitation Tuesday evening, August 18, 2020 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Strickland Funeral Home of Lavonia.
