Mrs. Betty Jean Hill LeCroy, 78, of Hartwell, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at Pruitt Health Toccoa Nursing Center, Toccoa.

Born on June 19, 1946 in Hartwell GA, she was the daughter of the late Colonel George Washington Hill and Mary Ruth McCollum Hill.  Mrs. LeCroy retired from Bellcraft Mfg. as a seamstress.

Survivors include her husband, Billy LeCroy and two brothers: Tommy Hill and Jimmy Hill both of Royston; several nieces and nephews also survive.  Mrs. LeCroy was preceded in death by her parents and a son: Timothy Howard LeCroy.

Mrs. LeCroy wished to be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date by her family.

The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
