Betty Jean Albaugh Mueller, age 84, formerly of Lavonia, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Piedmont Henry Hospital in Stockbridge.
Born December 26, 1936, in Bedford, OH, she was the daughter of the late Elmer Williams Albaugh and Eleanor Seith Albaugh. She was a homemaker and a member of Providence United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her sons: Larry (Kay) Mueller, Marty (Janice) Mueller, Kenny (Teresa) Mueller, Gary (Scott Lewis) Mueller, and Joey Mueller; daughters: LuAnn (John) Moran and Shari Bush-Camp; brother: Donald Albaugh; thirteen grandchildren; and twenty-three great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands: Raymond Mueller and Maurice Mykel; and brother: Walter Albaugh.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 2, 2021 at the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Lavonia. Burial will follow in the Providence United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until the service.
