Mrs. Billie Jo Harris Randall, 60, of Royston Hwy, Hartwell, passed away Sunday, September 13, 2015 at her home.

Born on January 29, 1955 in Jeffersonville IN, she was the daughter of Ester Graham Harris and the late William Harris.

Survivors include her mother: Ester Harris of Commerce, GA; her husband: David D. Randall II, a daughter: Michelle Allen of Lavonia, GA; a son: Justin D. Cowherd of Winder, GA; two sisters: Jeanette Harris of Commerce and Becky Lancaster of Martin, GA; seven grandchildren also survive.Mrs. Randall was preceded in death by her father and a sister: Dottie Vandiver.

Memorial services will be Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. The family is at the home.
