Ms. Billie Rhodes, 90, of 2451 Forest Drive, Columbia, SC, died Monday, January 23, 2012 at Unihealth Post Acute Care in Columbia, SC.
Born on August 16, 1921 in Hartwell GA, she was the daughter of the late Walter R. Rhodes and Ola Risner Rhodes.She was a registered nurse and was retired from Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, SC.
Survivors include two sisters: Nell R. Ebner and Azalee Price and several nieces and niphews also survive. Ms. Rhodes was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Louise Moorehead.
Funeral services will be held Friday, January 27, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.Burial will follow at Nancy Hart Memorial Park.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell where the family will receive friends from 3:00-4:00 p.m. Friday.The family is at the home.
