Mr. Billy Edward Bryson, Jr., 39, of 3386 Rock Branch Road, Elberton, GA, died Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at Emory University Hospital.
He was born October 9, 1970 in Elbert County, GA. He was employed by AutoZone of Lavonia and Bryson Backhoe of Canon.He was a member of Rock Branch Baptist Church; an active leader of the R.A.'s and was strong in his faith.
He was a loving husband, father and son.He is survived by:Wife, Cindy Ann O'Tuel Bryson of the home; Daughters, Jena Marie Ann Bryson and Andrea Grace Bryson; Son, William Nathaniel Bryson all of the home; Mother and stepfather, Sheila Jordan and Dwaine Bannister; and his father Bill Edward Bryson, Sr. and Dotty Martin also survives.
Funeral services will be Saturday, October 31 at 2:00 p.m. at the Rock Branch Baptist Church.Rev. Ken Wright will officiate.Burial will be in the Rock Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday night.The family is at the home. Flowers are optional; Memorials may be made to Rock Branch Baptist Church Youth Fund, 2150 Coldwater Road, Elberton, GA 30635 or The Barnes Academy, 154 Hart Service Road, Hartwell, GA 30643.
