Mr. Billy C. Todd, 76, of Bowman, passed away Sunday, January 20, 2019 at An Med Health Medical Center in Anderson, SC

Born on September 23, 1942, he was the son of the late Sam Boyd Todd and Lavonia Gaines Todd.Mr. Todd was a retired forklift operator for Monroe Automotive Company, volunteer fireman for the Bowman Fire Department and a member of the Bowman Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife: Rebecca Dove Todd; one daughter: Lisa Moon and her husband Keith of Anderson; one brother: Ricky Todd of Elberton; two sisters: Patsy Moss of Dewy Rose and Joyce Bailey of Hartwell; two grandchildren: Todd Moon and his wife Stephanie and Taylor Moon; and two great grandchildren: Kylie Grace and Olivia Lynne Moon.Mr. Todd was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother: Tommy Todd.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Rev. Mike Petty officiating.Burial will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Bowman.

The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.The family is at the home.Flowers optional, memorials may be made to Bowman Baptist Church, 166 West Church Street, Bowman, GA 30624.
