Mrs. Jessie Blanche Wickliffe Hembree, 88, of 94 Cade Street, Hartwell, GA, died Monday, April 7, 2008 at Hart County Hospital.
Born September 26, 1919 in Greenville, SC, she was the daughter of the late Theron Wickliffe and Thelma Massengill Wickliffe.She was retired from Newton Mills.
She is survived by a Sister, Mary Holden of Piedmont, SC.She is preceded in death by Parents; Husband, Hugh Hembree; Brothers, Carneal Wickliffe and Ted Wickliffe and a sister, Bonnie Minter.
Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at Nancy Hart Memorial Park.Rev. Jeremy Baseman will officiate.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel where the family will receive friends Wednesday 1:00 ~ 2:30 p.m. prior to the service.The family is at the home of Bobby Vickery, 1531 Beacon Light Road, Hartwell, GA.Memorials may be made to Shriners Crippled Children's Hospital, 950 West Farris Road, Greenville, SC29605
