Mr. Bobby Haley age 60, of 257 Stonebridge Road-Lavonia, died Monday, March 3 at his residence.
Born January 10, 1948 he was the son of the late Frank and Maureen "Kennedy" Haley. Mr. Haley was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, among his numerous other talents was a backhoe operator. He was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter; Kristi Haley Duckett: and a sister Judy Haley Zinchak.
Survivors include his wife; Becky "Bond" Haley of the home: daughter; Lori Haley of Lavonia: grandchildren; Jacob Duckett, Haley Duckett, Kanler Haley, and Gracie Erskine.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 6, 2008 at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Stowe and Dr. Larry Finger officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Memorial Gardens - North.
The family is at the home and will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
