Bonnie Fay Chambers Allen, age 73, of Canon, passed away Monday, December 15, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born December 23, 1951, in Royston, GA, she was the daughter of the late J. C. & Edna Opal Crook Chambers. Along with her husband she helped to carry the gospel to many in need of a savior. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Bobby Joe Allen, and siblings: Helen Atkinson, Winfred Chambers and John Chambers.

She is survived by her children: Randy Allen of Canon, Linda Bryant (Timothy) of Canon, Wanda Pless (Anthony) of Elberton, son-in-law: Kenneth Brown: 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren; siblings: Peggy Allen (Rev. Gettis), Brenda Pickens (Ronnie), June Briscoe (Bobby), and Joann Hill.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 21, 2025, at Bowersville Church of God with Rev. Gettis Allen, Rev. Dorsey Holmes and Rev. Travis Pitts officiating. Burial will follow in Bowers Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. At other times the families will be at their respective homes. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Aaron Brown, Ricky Burrell, William Fowler, David Head, T. J. Logan, Jamie Saylors, Eric Sexton and Scott Wilson.
