Mrs. Brooke Eaves Adamski, 57, of Sunset Drive, Hartwell, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2024 at St. Mary's Sacred Heart Hospital, Lavonia.

Born on October 11, 1966 in Hartwell GA, she was the daughter of the late Ray R. Eaves and Jessie Middleton Hall.  Brooke was a former Hart County Sheriff Deputy, where she served as the School Resource Officer for North Hart Elementary School.  Before being a School Resource Officer, Brooke served as a Deputy Sheriff Officer for Hart County Sheriff Department, Jackson County Sheriff Department and Franklin County Sheriff Department, where she served as a Lieutenant.  Brooke was an active member of The Pointe Church in Toccoa, where she served on the security team and loved being "Nanny" to her grandchildren.

Survivors include her father: Bobby Hall of Hartwell; her husband: Jeff Adamski of the home; a daughter: Eden Nesbitt (Ron) of Carnesville; two sons: Cruz Wilson (Anna) of Hartwell and Carloyn Wilson (Julie) of Canon; one brother: Rodney Eaves (Dot) of Norris SC and Nanny's eight grandchildren: Vera Wilson, Cohen Wilson, Millie Wilson, Harlan Wilson, Brooklyn Nesbitt, Omari Nesbitt, Kyson Nesbitt and Jada Nesbitt

The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 11, 2024 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Other times the family will be at the home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Brooke Adamski will be Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at The Pointe Church with Pastor Chad Smith officiating.  Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to defray funeral expenses.

The Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
