William Calvin Poston, age 81, of Lavonia, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2019 at his home.
Born January 31, 1938, in Atlanta, he was the son of the late William Carl and Nellie Pauline (Carroll) Poston. Mr. Poston was a salesman with Tom Barrow Company and was of the Methodist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife: Sandy (Rice) Poston.
He is survived by his daughter & son-in-law: Meloney & Scott Taylor; grandchildren: Jessica & Craig Forsyth and Danielle & Adam Payton; brother & sister-in-law: Bill & Marcia Poston; sisters: Janice Jones and Carla Colquett; and caregivers: Debbie Pollard and Debra Stephens.
Mr. Poston's request was to be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
