Obituary
Mr. William Carey Dean, 41 of 451 Sanders Circle, Hartwell, died Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at Athens Regional Medical Center.
Born on January 18, 1969 in Conyers, GA, he was the son of Roy Franklin Dean and Mary Edith Wilson. He was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include his parents; two brothers: Wallace Terrell Dean of North Carolina, Eddie Ray of Byron, GA; and one sister: Michelle Brownlee of Elberton, GA.Mr. Dean was preceded in death by one brother: Charles Michael Dean.
Funeral services will be Friday, December 17, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Stowe and Mr. Randy Moon officiating. Burial will be in the Lavonia City Cemetery.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Friday prior to the service.The family is at the home.
