Carrol Quentin Wyatt, age 84, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2017 at his home in Martin, Ga.He was born on April 29, 1933, in Logan, W. Va. to Charles and Zula Wyatt.
His hobbies included wood and metal crafting, painting, and quilting.He crafted numerous pieces of art, and generously gave most of them away to family and close friends.
Carrol is survived by his spouse, Ila May Wyatt; one daughter, Elizabeth Anne Wyatt Shorter (spouse,Albert Shorter);two sons:Andrew Carrol Wyatt (spouse, Debbie Washington Wyatt), and Philip Daniel Wyatt (spouse, Tammy Lynn Wyatt); his sister, Janice Rebecca Bowen; 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorialservice will be held at Life-Line Church, 8295 Hwy. 17 South, Bowersville, Georgia, 30516 on Saturday, June 3, 2017, at 2 p.m.The family requests that no flowers be sent.
