Obituary
Mrs. Cecelia Margaret Williams Baleston, 77, of 34 Cherry Lane, Hartwell died Sunday, April 29, 2012 at Hart County Hospital.
Born on November 5, 1934 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late John Vincent Williams and Matilda Youngflash Williams.She was retired from the US State Department as a Passport Examiner.
Survivors include one son, Keith Burton of East Meadow, NY; two brothers: Vincent Williams and Ronald Williams both of Hartwell; two sisters: Virginia Albano of Hampstead, NY and Evelyn DeMeo of Staton Island, NY; and four grandchildren.Mrs. Baleston was preceded in death by her parents; and one son, Ray Burton, and first husband, Ray Burton and second husband, Sam Baleston.
The family plans a memorial service at a later date.
