Mr. Cesar Augusto Arroyo, 56, of Canon, passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020 at his home.

Born on July 12, 1964 in Lima, Peru, he was the son of the Olinda Lynch-Iglesias Arroyo and the late Aurelio Velentin Arroyo.Mr. Arroyo was a parts manager for AutoZone. He loved playing soccer, and he was a music producer as music was his passion.

Survivors include his mother: Olinda Arroyo of Atlanta; wife: Victoria Ivester Arroyo of the home; three sons: Justin Martin Arroyo of Georgia, Aiden Augustus Arroyo of the home, and Braylon Eli Arroyo of the home; one daughter: Sommer Arroyo-Justice (Timothy) of Citrus Heights, CA; four brothers: Manuel Arroyo of West Virginia, Juan Eduardo Arroyo Campion of Peru, Juan Carlos Arroyo of Atlanta, and Jorge Luis Arroyo of Atlanta; two sisters: Anita Maria Arroyo Smith of Atlanta, Alicia Arroyo Campion of Peru; and two grandchildren: Vada Martina Conn and Dason Williams.

Because of the current conditions concerning the health and well-being of our community, the family will not be having a formal visitation.They ask that everyone keep them in their thoughts and prayers in the coming days and weeks. Cesar wished to be cremated and a memorial service celebrating his life will be planned at a later date when everyone can come together to be with the family.
