Mr. Charles Noah Maxwell, 86, of Hartwell, passed away Saturday, June 7, 2025 at Hart Care Center.

Born on February 7, 1939, in Hartwell, GA, he was the son of the late Florine Maxwell. Mr. Maxwell was a long-time employee of Turner Concrete, and was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his daughter, Renee Maxwell of Hartwell.

Charles is preceded in death by his mother, and his brother: Ralph Maxwell.

It was Mr. Maxwell's wishes to be cremated and a visitation for the family to receive friends and share will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. At other times, the family will be at their respective homes.

The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
