Charles O. Mitchell, age 92, of Lavonia, passed away Friday, October 26, 2018 at St. Mary's Sacred Heart Hospital.
Born April 6, 1926 in Grand Gorge, NY, he was the son of the late Lawrence A. and Mary Louise (Roesch) Mitchell. He was a veteran of the US Navy and was a carpenter.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Alice Marie (Gill) Mitchell.
He is survived by his son: Charles L. Mitchell of New York, NY; daughter: Barbara Kendall of Lavonia; grandchildren: Todd Mitchell, Heidi Mitchell, Jason Kendall, Laura Spaeth and Sarah Kendall; and 5 great grandchildren.
No services will be held.
