Obituary
Charlie Lamar Couch, age 41, of Royston passed away Monday, March 21, 2022.
He was born, in Athens, April 11, 1980, son of Lonnie Boyd Couch and Cindy Jo Nelms. He was an avid fisherman and a dedicated Georgia Bulldogs Football fan. He graduated from Elbert County High School and worked for the AutoZone Distribution Center in Lavonia for more than nineteen years. Charlie was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother & sister-in-law: Chris & Tina Summers; sister & brother-in-law: Jamie & Jay Bambarger; nephews: Jacob Summers and Tyler Summers; close cousins: Lamar Nelms and Derek Nelms; and many extended family members and friends.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday afternoon, March 26th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. The family respectfully requests no flowers and asks that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to the charity of your choice.
