Obituary
Ms.Charlotte L. Payne, age 67, of Flowery Branch, died Friday, January 4, 2008 at Willow Wood Nursing Center.
Born May 2, 1940, in Banks County, she was the daughter of the late Lee Carl and Julie Dorcas Payne.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister: Shirley Thomas.
Survivors include: sisters: June Dowis of Gillsville, Linda Payne of Ponte Verdra Beach, FL, and Amy Shirley of Dahlonega; and a brother: Marshall Payne of Canon.
Graveside services will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 6, 2008 from Franklin Memorial Gardens - North.
The families are at their respective homes.
