Mrs. Cheryl Anne Fairbanks Davis, 69, of Hartwell, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2024 at her home.

Born on February 10, 1955 in Atlanta, GA, she was the daughter of the late Charles Edwin Fairbanks and Mildred Teresa Cherry Fairbanks Ahern. Mrs. Davis received her Bachelor's Degree in Radiology and her Masters in Health Administration from the Emory University. She worked for Emory Healthcare as a radiation therapist in the Oncology department. She was a member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church in Atlanta, where she attended a bible study group, and attended Hartwell First Methodist Church.  She also was a member of Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association and United States Tennis Association. She loved tennis, walking, canoeing, boating, biking, hiking, water skiing, snow skiing, traveling and the great outdoors.

Survivors include husband: Larry V. Davis; one sister: Debbie Johnston of Lawrenceville; one niece: Amanda Davis; three nephews: Christopher Johnston, Scott Johnston and Fletcher Davis. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her parents.

A time to celebrate Cheryl 's life will be Sunday, June 23, 2024 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at The Lake House, 59 Lakeshore Drive, Avondale Estates GA 30002.
