Cynthia Lee "Cindy" (Collins) Fulghum, age 68, of Martin, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at St. Mary's Sacred Heart Hospital.

Born January 17, 1955 in Newfoundland, Canada. She was the daughter of the late Melvin Lee and Peggy Joyce (Phillips) Collins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by  a daughter: Rebecca Lee Rider; and brothers: Michael Collins and Bruce Collins.

She is survived by her companion: George Artist; children: Bonnie Melissa Rider and Melvin Terrell Whitmire; grandchildren: Brittany LeeAnne Fleeman, Brandon Michael Hanley, Nicole Faye Cobb, Hailee Whitmire David, Gage Whitmire, Scarlet Whitmire, Jacob McKernan, Samantha Bohannon, Katelyn Black, Laila Black, Geoffery Black; great grandchildren: Braxtyn Rider, Trevor Moore, Camdin Peele, Noah Hanley, Michael Hanley, J. P. Foster, Jackson Bohannon, Asilee David, Magnolia David and Oaklyn Hanlon;  brothers: Asa Collins, Joe Cain and Jason Young.

A celebration of life service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, October 8, 2023, at Victoria Bryant State Park pavilion # 3.
