Obituary
Mr. Clarence Leon Morgan, 69, of 111 Harper Drive, Hartwell, GA, died Wednesday, February 21, 2007 at his residence.
Born September 26, 1937 in Pelzer, SC, he was the son of the late Floyd Matthew Morgan and Mattie Ruby Price Reed.He was a Maintenance Supervisor for the Textile Industry.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Doris Davis Morgan of the home; Daughters, Cathy Sue Crane of Lavonia, GA, Karen Annette Hogue of Gainesville, GA, andCharlotte Diane Morgan Atkins of Nashville, TN; Brothers, Floyd Morgan and Ira Thomas Morgan; Seven grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren also survives.He is preceded in death by his Parents; Sons, Jammie Morgan and Ira Thomas Morgan, Jr. and Brother, J.W. Morgan.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home-Hartwell Chapel.Rev. Tom Fish will officiate.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 10 – 11:00 a.m. prior to the service.The family will be at the home of Cathy Crane, 7986 Hwy 59, Lavonia, GA.
