Mrs. Cornelia Campbell Young, 93, of Anderson SC, passed away Friday, July 14, 2017 at AnMed Health Medical Center, Anderson SC.
Born on November 16, 1923 in Anderson SC, she was the daughter of the late J. Woodrow Campbell and Gertrude Gray LaFoy.Mrs. Young was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Anderson.
Survivors include her husband: Lincoln "Dink" Young; her daughter: Lorraine C. Frith of Anderson SC; two grandsons: Scot S. Frith ( Angie ) of Iva SC and Jason C. Frith ( Kerry ) of Elgin SC; three great-grandchildren also survive: Lindsay, Riley and Amelia Frith.
A memorial service celebrating Cornelia's life will held at a later date by the family.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Starr Baptist Church, 115 Stones Throw Ave, Starr SC 29684.
The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
