Mr. David Michael Pace, age 32, of Nahunta, GA, formerly of Hartwell, GA, died Saturday, August 29, 2009 at Southeast Georgia Health System, Brunswick.
Born August 9, 1977 in Anderson, SC, he was the son of the late Judy Osborne Pace.He was a member of Reed Creek Baptist Church.
He is survived by:Father and stepmother, Ernest T. "Ernie" Pace and Betty Smith Pace of Athens, GA; Son, David Pace, Jr. of Nahunta, GA; Stepdaughter, Alyssa Kenny of Nahunta, GA; sister, Mitzi Royston and her husband, Rusty of Royston, GA; Nephews, Landon and Logan Fleeman and niece, Aspen Royston.He is preceded in death by his Mother and Sister, Cindy L. Eaton.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 4, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.Rev. Clay Huff, Mr. Josh Osborne and Mr. Bobby Howell will officiate.Burial will be in the Reed Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel where the family will receive friends Thursday night from 7 – 9:00 p.m. The family is at their respective homes.The family requests no flowers; Memorials may be made to defray funeral expense.
