Mr. Michael David Wilson, age 52, of 410 Walt Wilson Road, Hartwell, GA, died Saturday, June 5, 2010 at his home.
Born April 22, 1958 in Hartwell, GA, he was the son of the late Carey Kidd Wilson and Joyce Lucille Sanders Wilson.He was a member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church.
He is survived by:Wife, Gail Chastain Wilson of Hartwell, GA; Sisters, Sandra Teasley, Carla Wilson Davis, Sherry Wilson Goddard and Patti Wilson all of Hartwell, GA.He is preceded in death by: Parents; Stepson, Scott Wallace; Brother, Jack Wilson; Nieces, Kimberly Dawn Ankerich and Niki Lee Ankerich; Nephew, Timothy Wayne Wilson and Great nephew, Cameron Vance Purcell.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.Rev. Johnny Jones, Rev. JB Kitts and Mr. Ricky Hix will officiate.Burial will be in the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church Cemetery.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel where the family will receive friends from 9:00 am – 11:00 am prior to the service.The family is at 222 Idlewood Acres, Hartwell, GA.
