Debbie Susan Richey, age 61, of Baldwin, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at her home.

Born April 18, 1961, in Royston, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Sara Dee Outz Chappell. She worked as a charge nurse.

She is survived by her husband: Ronnie Richey; children: Matthew Reynolds and Dana Moore & Andrew; step children: Brent Richey and Andrew Richey & Amanda; sister & brother-in-law: Sherry & Sam Dove.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 4, 2023 at the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Lavonia. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
