Obituary
Mrs. Delrea Weaver "Bill" Cleveland, 87 of 1025 Frank Crook Road, Canon, died Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at Cobb Memorial Hospital.
Born on August 17, 1923 in Hart County, GA, she was the daughter of the late Luke Weaver, Sr. and Neila Hilley Weaver. She was a retired cloth room inspector at the Hartwell Mills and a member of Bethany Baptist Church, the Joy Club, and the Adult Ladies Sunday School Class.
Survivors include a brother, Luke Weaver, Jr. of Canon; four sisters, Ruby Nell Brown of Dewy Rose, Eunice Ray of Canon, Nina Bryson of Hartwell, and Peggy Kay of Canon; several nieces and nephews also survive.Mrs. Cleveland was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Howell T. Cleveland; one brother, Howard Weaver; and two sisters, Burnice Pressley and Elizabeth Kelley.
Funeral services will be Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bethany Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Durham and Mr. Britt Ginn officiating. Burial will be in the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday night.The family is at their respective homes.
