Mrs. D'Etta Jean Baker Risner, 49, of 811 Chandlers Ferry Rd, Hartwell, died Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at Hart County Hospital.
She was born February 17, 1960 in Corcoran, CA. She worked for Quality Care for Children as a Contractor for the State of Georgia as Area Day Care Coordinator.
She is survived by:Parents, Broadus "BC" Baker and Barbara J. Williams Baker of Hartwell, GA; Husband, Steve W. Risner of the home; Son, Josh Risner of Hartwell, GA; Daughter, April Williams and her husband Jason of Hartwell, GA; Sister, Debbie Baker of Hartwell, GA; Grandchildren, Alexis, Blade and Jasmine Williams; Special Niece, Briana Baker.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Burial will be in the Reed Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel where the family will receive friends Thursday morning from 9 – 11:00 am prior to the service.The family is at the home.
